In 2020, Julie sought a new career after spending many years in the Travel Industry. She was keen to take on a new role which would allow flexible working around her daughter whilst still being able to utilise her excellent customer service and organisation skills. Working from home as a Mortgage Broker ticked all the right boxes!
“A career in travel has been amazing as I had the opportunity to visit many amazing places over the years. In my younger years I was also lucky enough to spend 18 months travelling around the world and then worked for 3 years on a Cruise Ship as a Casino Croupier sailing around the Caribbean. Whilst selling Mortgages is a complete change in career I am still equally as excited to be part of the ‘Mortgage Mum’ team and I am really looking forward to helping my customers every step of the way to achieve their mortgage.”
Julie has always had an interest in property and bought her first property in Brighton in her twenties. Once deciding to become a Mortgage Broker Julie studied and passed her CeMap exams very quickly. She then came across The Mortgage Mum, she loved everything about the company including their love of the colour pink and instantly knew it was the place that she wanted to be.
Julie lives just outside Brighton with her family and in her spare In her spare time Julie still loves to travel and whilst in this country she loves yoga and spending time at her ‘Pink’ beachhut.
